i m a straightforward person...sometimes the truth hurts k..just bear wif mi for just tis entry...let mi vent my ..urm..feelings k...n anyway i will only tell the person wat is wrong wif him or herself when i m close to them..so i m telling u how i feel about this whole band issue...after reading ur blog...
i think u r arrogant la..seriously...u have CHANGED A LOT since u r busy wif ur rank in band..ok fine..i know u care about the band..u want the band to do gud..BUT but but...that is dinifitely not the way to handle things----punishing ppl so harshly

if u know wat is wrong wif the band on sat like u haf explained in ur blog..wat...not enuf exposure...young ppl in band...blahh blahh blah...SINCE u know the reason..y r u crying over spilled milk???....wat u can do now is to train and settle these problems n not cry ur eyes out..and wat?...make teachers feel worry?...that is quite...no offense...like attracting attention la..

there is no interest at all...ppl should like their cca not hate it..this is an impt thing that i think u neglect...u should make those ponners love band so tat they wun pon...not adding on their punishment each week it goes by...ya?
ok if this dun work..to bad..count us unlucky or u r lousy in ur job...sack them then...since they wun change their interest they haf for band in the first place when they tot of joining it.
